Re Appointment of Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors

Christiani & Nielsen (Thai) Public Company Limited would like to inform you that the Board of Directors' Meeting no. 373 held on 10^th August 2007 approved the appointment of Lieutenant General Chayuth Suwanamas as a Company director to replace Mr. Santi Grachangnetara who resigned on 15^th June 2007. The Meeting also approved the appointment of Mr. Michael David Selby as the Chairman of the Board of Directors with effect from 10^th August 2007 onwards.
