Christiani & Nielsen (Thai) Public Company Limited would like to inform you that the Board of Directors' Meeting No. 380 held on 15^th September 2008 approved the appointment of Mr. Santi Grachangnetara as the Chairman of the Board of Directors to replace Mr. Michael David Selby, who resigned from the Chairman of the Board of Directors but still remains as a Company director, with effect from 15^th September 2008 onwards.
