Re       Winding up of Subsidiary Companies

Christiani & Nielsen (Thai) Public Company Limited would like to inform you that the process of winding up the subsidiary company, CN Advisory Co., Ltd. was completed and the registration for liquidation of the company at the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce was made on 22 September 2009.  As such, the juristic person of the company is terminated.

 

Furthermore, please also be informed that CN Place Silom Development Co., Ltd., the subsidiary company of CNT Holdings Limited is in the process of liquidation and winding up the company.
