Subject :           Free-float qualification

 

As Christiani & Nielsen (Thai) Public Company Limited (CNT) has been notified by The Stock Exchange of Thailand that the Company is not meeting with free-float qualification,  which is required to maintain its status as a listed company in the Exchange [Maintaining the Status of Listed Companies in the Exchange (Amendment 5), 2001]

We would like to inform you that our major shareholders have already rectified this problem by selling CNT’s share through the stock exchange market.  As a result, the current number of minority shareholders of CNT as of 30 June 2010 is 1,050 or equivalent to 15.48% which is in line with the requirement of the Stock Exchange of Thailand.

Please be informed accordingly.
