	c Bangkok, Thailand Piling, structural and architectural works for Early Learning Centre comprising 40 x 37m single storey building classroom complex. New Sports Complex comprising 40 x 37m 3 storey building. New swimming pool 25 x 23m. Project includes building services under a nominated subcontractor. Contract included full air conditioning, electrical and mechanical installations. Total floor area of approximately 10,000 sq.m.   All external works including roads, car parking, drainage and landscaping.
	Faculty of Sociology, Thammasart University Rangsit, Thailand Construction of 6 new buildings collectively Comprising the new Faculty of Sociology.
	Major Cineplex Theatre Complex Rangsit, Thailand Modern multi-storey Cineplex Theatre with Fast Food restaurants, 10 pin bowling lanes car parking for 474 vehicles etc.
	Exhibition Centre for Tourism Authority of Thailand Construction of a new tourism centre for the promotion of Thai Hill Tribes language, culture, traditional agriculture and products. A museum will be developed within the centre as a 2nd phase of the operators fit-out. The Centre will be managed and operated by the Mae Fha Luang Foundation.
	Bangkok Christian College, Bangkok, Thailand 19 storey New school building with 2 level basement and with a total floor area of 23,780 m2.
	Pre Cadet School, Thailand Design & construct 80 buildings including head quarters, support facilities, educational buildings, cadet compound & dormitories, sport complex, residences, 226,563 m2 walkways and building platforms, M & E, 1,920,000m2 site works, 22,316 lm. concrete roads, drainage and street lighting, utilities, 1.3 million m3 water reservoir, HV/LV electrical power supply.
